Two years ago my wife consulted for a startup. She met a bunch of great folks, including Meghan. "You are going to hire Meghan. She is amazing" my wife told me. And for two years I tried. And now I have.

Meghan is our new director of business operations, responsible for the smooth operation of product and client services. Meghan sits at the critical juncture of customer, product management, and technology. Why how and for whom are we building product? How do all of our activities make customer experience better?  I could hire no one better.

Meghan did product development and marketing at Solvate, ran a big chunk of their service operations, and was generally an invaluable leader. After Solvate she excelled at American Express in their digital payments business. Responsible end-to-end for Amex's Facebook payments app, it took a crowbar to pry her away from her leaders. Outside of work she's produced Ignite events and is executive producer of Failcon NYC. And she is nice. Super nice.

Meghan will help us run faster, smoother, and be an even better partner to our clients. I am thrilled to have her and look forward to all she'll bring to Ordr.in.
