Ordrx and its’ affiliated sites and applications collect personal information when you register with Ordrx, when you use Ordrx products or services, visit Ordrx pages or the pages of certain Ordrx partners, respond to surveys, and enter promotions or sweepstakes. Ordrx may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.

When you register or save a personal profile with Ordrx or one or more business partners you may be asked information such as your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. You may choose to provide additional information such as culinary preferences and social network relationships such as on Facebook. When you register with Ordrx and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

We collect and process credit card information that may be stored by Ordrx or Ordrx vendors at your request.   

Ordrx automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request.  We may record details of your visits to our site such as which site attributes your click, the time you spend on different pages and how you use the scroll bar(s). 


Ordrx uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services such as food delivery, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, display advertising, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

We may share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information, such as the number of users who ordered a particular menu item, the value of specific or aggregated orders, or how many users clicked on a particular advertisement. Such information does not identify you individually.

Ordrx may be merged with or its assets, including the Ordrx website or websites managed or serviced by Ordrx, may be sold to another business entity. Should a merger, sale or other disposition involving Ordrx’s assets occur, you should expect that some or all of your Personal Information may be shared with the merged or acquiring business.
